House Wash - 24 Month Warranty
Our House Washing Warranty program is available for our premium and platinum house washing service packages.
- The Warranty begins at the date of completion of the work.
- All work is guaranteed against failure such as; Algae, Mold, and Dirt for a period of two years after completion of work and owner acceptance of work.
- Ohio Power Washing guarantees only our work and does not accept liability for work done by others on previous pressure washing jobs.
- Cleaning failure caused by compromises in building integrity (leaking roof, etc.) or normal wear & tear are not covered by this warranty.
- Ohio Power Washing will furnish all labor and materials needed to honor warranties on house washes.
- Warranty Service to be prompt and courteous.
Wood Protection - 36 Month Warranty
Our Wood Protection Warranty program is available for our deck and fence premium and platinum service packages.
- The Warranty begins at the date of completion of the work.
- All work is guaranteed against failure such as; stain or seal failure for a period of three years after completion of work and owner acceptance of work.
- Ohio Power Washing guarantees only our work and does not accept liability for work done by other Painting Contractors.
- Painting failure caused by compromises in structure integrity (rotted wood, weathered boards etc.) or normal wear & tear are not covered by this warranty.
- Ohio Power Washing will furnish all labor needed to honor warranties on wood protection services.
- Warranty Service to be prompt and courteous.
