We are confident in the value of our insured, professional exterior cleaning services. If you have a qualifying lower written quote for the same work, give us the opportunity to match it.
If you receive a lower written quote from a legitimate competitor for the same scope of work, Ohio Power Washing will match it when the quote meets the qualifying criteria below.
We believe you should be able to compare prices with confidence while knowing exactly what cleaning work is included.
A fair price comparison includes the surfaces, size of the area, services, cleaning process, equipment, and quality standards. Send us the full competitor quote so our office manager can review it with you.
The competitor’s quote must meet all four requirements to qualify for a price match.
The quote must come from a registered, insured business operating in good standing, with any licensing applicable to its work. Quotes from unregistered or uninsured individuals or companies do not qualify.
The quote must cover the same products and services, with a cleaning process that meets Ohio Power Washing’s standards for quality, equipment, and technique.
The written quote must be on the competitor’s current company letterhead. It must describe the work and identify the size and area to be treated.
The written quote must be dated no more than 60 days before you request the price match.
Tip: Ask the competitor for a detailed written estimate if its quote does not clearly list the work, measurements, or areas to be cleaned.
Send the quote to our office manager before your service is scheduled so we can review it and confirm whether it qualifies.
Make sure it is dated, on current company letterhead, and describes the same work and area as our estimate.
Contact our office manager before scheduling your service and provide the complete competitor quote for review.
We will compare the quotes against these criteria and confirm the adjusted price if the request qualifies.
These offers and pricing circumstances are outside the Price Match Guarantee.
Ohio Power Washing reserves the right to deny a price match claim if we determine that the Guarantee is being abused or misused. We may modify or discontinue these terms at any time.
